  Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill.   The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).

  The staff at this hotel is amazing. Both girls were on top of everything from early check in to calling taxis and offering help with getting to and from monuments. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
