The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum. We enjoyed our breakfast at the caffe on the corner, it was just a pastry and coffee of your choice, but it was enough to get us started on our day. Camera molto grande, pulita ed arredata con gusto. Fornita di tutti I confort, dal mini frigo al divano in pelle. Soddisfatto appieno. The room is huge, clean and well furnished. It is equipped with every confort like a mini fridge and leather sofa.

I have been moved to another building, in vittorio square, that is not the best district in Rome.... especially at night. However the rooms are bigger and newer than those of the main building. No elevator, no soap(!), very poor breakfast. The toilet is quite old (though working). There is a noisy street nearby. The shower room is too small. Breakfast ,no choice just coffee and croissant . Breakfast was very simple: just cup of coffee and croissant. The shower had almost no pressure and was hard to work out how to use. The breakfast consisted of just a croissant and a coffee, while this is a nice gesture it is certainly not a meal. The hotel is not signposted on the street, nor inside the building until you reach the floor it's on making it very hard to find. Hard to find. The staff was not in the reception when we arrived. blankets. Poor internet access, despite being told that there would be wifi in the room. Dirty and tattered carpets in entry. Inconsistent staff availability. noise street, can't normally sleep. Noisy and bad breakfast, too expensive for such service. -There were no 24 hour reception -The staff were not helpful and friendly -The building was old and I had to carry 4 keys (main building door, lift, apartment door and room door) -It was a B&B but the breakfast was only coffee and pastry in a nearby cafe! - There were much better hotels for the same/less price in that area. Not value for money. With this price, you could find a better hotel. All & no breakfast.
