We got there in July 2013, it was on a Sunday, the parking opposite the guest house was free( €4 all day for weekdays). It's was easy to locate, 6 mins walk to Colosseo Metro that will take you to Colosseum(1 stop, kids!) or another Metro that will take you to Otravino Metro in Vatican. Very good location! The elevator is small but so is most of them in Rome, it is situated on the 3rd floor of a building. As soon as you enter the Guest house, it seems like another world, quiet, clean and the st.
all reviews » It's a home away from home. Carlo was very accommodating. We don't often see him in the guesthouse but he definitely knows how to attend to our needs. The guesthouse is a few minutes walk from Termini station, which is the main train station in Rome which can get you to other cities like Florence, Milan and Venice. There are a lot of covenience stores within the area where you can buy less expensive bottled waters and some fruits. The free breakfast was served in a nearby cafe. Nothing fancy, . Room: The room was very beautiful. It was exactly as the pictures. We had the "shoes" room. It was clean, modern and as good as new. The housework was made every morning. It was a real pleasure to go back at the hotel after hard days of visit and walk. Staff: Carlo, the manager, was extremely helpful. He was not always present at the hotel but we could call him when we want if necessary. He did everything for we have a lovely stay. Localisation: Perfect, this is close to the Colisseum and the. Room was great, modern themed rooms, walkin shower, Welcome gift, very clean, wifi and tv. I would recommend ena guest house when staying in Rome. Valentina and carlos on arrival helped us with a map and helped us get our bearings with places we needed to visit. 4 euros from ciampino airport to termini station with terravision coach was very good value. 5 min walk to colloseum and metro. and only few stops to spanish steps, trevi fountain and vatican! The things i didnt like were only minor det. We stood in "shoes room": clean, bright, big window, view on the main street, high ceiling. Coordinated detals. All is so good like in photos. Bathroom: wide, modern. Hotel was very easy to find. Location: very close to the Termini station, Coloseum and metro station. Staff: Carlo was very helpfull and kind, we could achieve him by e-mail or phone. Brekfast: like Carlo promesed - place had been changed, Brancaccio cafe (two min walking) staff was kind and smiling. If croissant and cappuccino fo. Everything about this guest house was perfect. Carlo and Valentina were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Brancaccio cafe where we had breakfast and some evening meals was great. Guest house is located near the colosseum (10mins) walking. We walked to most of the attractions we wanted to see. Room was decorated to a high standard, air con was great in this weather, couldn't have asked for a bettetrplace to stay. Thank you Carlo and Valentina for a great stay. The rooms are very creative and bright, making it a pleasant place to be. The local restaurants and coffee shops are fantastic. The lift up to your room is an absolute classic. You can squeeze two people and luggage into the lift and you can't help but laugh all the way up - lots of fun. Superb location, between Termini and the Colusseum, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, no problems coming back late evening. Comfortable and warm on cold November evenings. Massive shower compared to others we've stayed at in Italy, with funky shower lights. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. During our stay at the B&B everything was perfect! The place was recently refurbished and everything was almost new and very clean. Plus, the location is really convenient, just a few blocks from the main Rome train, tube and bus station, moreover 10 minutes by walk or if you prefer not to walk the bus stop is just a few meters outside the hotel. Everything about Ena Guest House is really great! We have never seen a more stylish hotel before! The breakfast leaves a great impression: at the hotel you are given special tickets for breakfasts at a very nice cafe next to the hotel, where you can choose a delicious bun and coffee)) The staff is wonderful! The owners were really lovely, recommended places and gave good tips for tourists. The room was large, cleaned daily, nicely decorated and a really good location. We would walk to the main attractions in Rome downtown (10 - 20 minutes). Moreover, there is such a nice cafe (panela) half a block from the hotel too. The food (a hot drink + a cake) is good enough but the staff of this place is just horrible. They didn't care about us. They are not helpful at all, unpolite and quite aggressive. Carlo (the manager of the egh) promised us to change his partner for the breakfast. The rest was PERFECT. Staff not always available, although we did not need to contact them, mobile phone numbers were left. When we checked out at 8am noone there so keys were left on side.. Maybe get a checkout safety box for guests to drop keys in to?? Bathroom had drain smell. Everything was fine, but the pillows could be improved. Although the breakfast wasn't bad, could've be better. Everything was wonderful!. The only thing is; towels and sheets can be changed when the room is tidied. WiFi signal wasn't very strong to reach our room, so it was kinf of slow, but it wasn't such a big problem. The driver to take us back to the airport organised by the guest house did not arrive but the gust house apologised when we later informed them by email. Wifi in our room was not that strong. However, if you stay near the door, wifi signal will be okay though. Noise from the street, fridge is really small, tea pot could be a bit more clean, having wine glasses would be very nice. Nothing, this place was perfect and next time I visit roma, I will stay here again. Plactic doors as one of the wall not always isolate from neighbors. Wifi was not working in our room. The other rooms did not have problem. Very small fridge, lack of facility for making tea and coffee. Smell on bathroom (no air extractors available). Breakfast poor and in a bar nearby the hotel. Wifi signal is not strong enough. Nothing. The breakfast. Very roud staff.
