Stayed for 2 nights July 2013 prior to a cruise. Jerson was amazing and did more than what was the normal call of duty. A wonderful individual who took the time to ensure his guests were most comfortable and offering city info on various sites. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious...I Miss my sandwiches every morning Jerson :) delicious !! Rooms were immaculate and fresh linens/towels. A great place to stay and I have referred him to many in my travels. A lovely patio restaurant is located at .

We loved the bedroom, bed was really comfy, gorgeous bathroom and shower, staff great, security of the building, area was great. Breakfast was pastries, coffee, juice, fruit, yoghurt, and optional ham/cheese toast if wanted. It's confortable and the staff is nice. The breakfast was very good. It's pretty close to the train and subway stations. It's also near Coliseum and other touristic places. It was quite good for the money invested. Location was better than originally anticipated. 10 mins walk to Termini station and 10-15 mins walk to Colosseum. Room a decent size and comfortable. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Chroma had the best smelling room that we have ever been in. The location was great too, very close to the metro and colloseum. Elevator to the 2nd floor..My first trip to Europe so had never seen such a tiny elevator. In the following weeks, I discovered most of the older buildings have the same type of lift in them ...so nothing negative towards Chroma Suites. nothing, really. It's difficult to find the right balance between hot and cold water in the shower. Some people had problems with the (old) elevator, but it's in the 1st floor, so it's not a big deal if you can take the stairs. Nothing. If you don't like ticking clocks then don't stay vin this room. There was a ticking power meter which wasn't too loud but could annoy some people. The breakfast was very sweet too. Tiny elevator. Our room was a bit small, though very clean, modern and nice. Bathroom was large. Bit noisy in the hall way. Breakfest was not fresh everything in plastic. The bedroom was very warm and the air conditioning wasn't working at the first night. At the second day, the shower was very cold... It is easy to find the building with the info provided, however it is not that easy to find the bell (considering that this hotel is located on the first floor of a residential building). Being woken up by the hotels door bell/buzzer on both nights between 1am and 2am and not just by one ring. The breakfast is terrible. This is just a room, not a hotel. The relatively cheap feel of the furniture and the rooms. Hard to find. Breakfast is not a buffet but is ok. Noise of the air conditioning Lack of coffee in the room. A bit noisy as the front desk is very close to the rooms. Wifi was a bit poor signal. Our double bed was two single mattresses, and one was too soft. Poor value for money-the rate I paid through letsbookhotel.com was much higher than the rates other people had paid to stay there. poor attention to maintenance. Our taps and shower door were not working from the moment we arrived until we left. Insufficient hot water and bad air conditioner. Also the safe was broken... wifi is very bad and the system too. The breakfast is not continental. The chromatic system does not work. The price is to high for the offers. The room should have been ready as we had an early check in 10:30 & they did not seem busy. The room could use a coat of paint to freshen it up a bit. Bathroom was fine & I would try them again.
