  Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible hotel and I would encourage everyone to avoid it. It was dirty. TV and air did not work. Tile in bathroom was cracked. The room smelled of urine. Being able to have handcrafted Italian dinners on the terrace with Chianti made from the vines just behind the villa made this a spectacular spot!   So cozy and warm like nowhere. Our apartments were spacious and clean and equiped with everything we needed. The hostess Benedetta is so nice and friendly. Thanks to her detailed maps we found were to eat, to shopping, to buy food, to park in Florence, to taste wine and so on! She made our staying there very comfortable. Besides it is a real castle of a 14 centuary with fantastic view to the hills and peacocks walking around! - A Scenic and charming Tuscan estate. We stayed in the apartment which had a kitchen and seating area, with bedroom and bathroom upstairs, very quaint and comfortable and everything on hand to cater for yourself. Staff were very helpful when needed and spoke English well and sent lots of map info beforehand on how to reach. The peacocks added to the charm in and around the estate and some beautiful hilly scenic walks around this area.

  What a find! The high hillside location and views were delightful. The staff were professional, helpful, welcoming and polite.
