  We loved the setting in the Tuscan hills, the wonderful staff, the charm of the old villa.   Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible hotel and I would encourage everyone to avoid it. It was dirty. TV and air did not work. Tile in bathroom was cracked. The room smelled of urine. If it had not been so late I would have left. I almost left and slept in car. If I had to do over again. I would sleep in car before staying there. Being able to have handcrafted Italian dinners on the terrace with Chianti made from the vines just behind the villa made this a spectacular spot!
