Nice hotel it feels like home as it has only three rooms!! Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. Also it's one floor of a building so it feels like you are staying

The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome
much better. He gave us many tips about restaurants, interesting places
to visit and transportation that made much easier visit the city. The
room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home”
in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the
Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

The location was great. The Metro was right outside the front doors,
making it so easy to get around. The Vatican was a short ride away. We
set up our own walking tour and from the hotel to the Colosseum,

I was in Aloha Rome 3 nights and I had a very good experience. Francesca is so kind, always friendly. The B&B is very good located, very near to Termini Station and the area it isnt dangerous, is normal. I had a bed very comfortable, very clean, the breakfast was ok... very Italian!!
