  Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. Deluxe continental breakfast was ample and tasty. We were very pleased wi - Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome much better. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.
