Guilla and Pietro brother and sister and Nancy their able assistant are dedicated, thoughtful, warm and kind people. The apartment is new, fresh and clean with all the basics for comfort. but it's the people, It is like staying with in-laws, the ones you like. Our bedroom looked out over a pretty courtyard that belies the fact one is on a busy street within walking distance to the heart of ancient Rome.

Merulana suite location is great. Ten min walk from Roma Termini.Pietro and Juliana were great host.Guided us about restaurants and places to hang out in detail and made sure we have a great time in Rome.Very cozy/ friendly place.Value for money and via merulana is a lively neighborhood.Wish Pietro and Juliana all the best.
We felt welcomed since the moment we arrived. This b&b is only a few rooms so you get special attention and you feel like home. The rooms and common areas are clean and nice. Wifi works great and the cappuccinos for breakfast were nice! It's close to the termini and other turistic areas!.
Location was ideal for exploring the whole city. Room size was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Metro was easily accessible from the suite as was the train station. Fantastic stay at this hotel.
Pietro and Julia were wonderful hosts. The location was excellent, removed from the hustle and bustle but convient to everything. It is a quaint place, not spacious but for a young couple it would be perfect.
Staff was excellent, esp. Nancy! We had a nice talk with her at
breakfast. The place was also very clean, and there are a lot of
restaurants nearby. Great location to the Colosseum!.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable and very accessible for all the sights in Rome. 10mins from the collosseum and close to the metro underground for easy travelling around.

Breakfast was basic but tasty.
It was a little noisy in the morning.
We were woken up continuously throughout the night by piano playing and
laughter. I'm not sure if our room shared a wall with a piano bar or
club or restaurant, but it was very audible, and I could clearly all of
the piano playing and laughing and talking which went on for hours. Very
hard to sleep and was so annoying since we had to get up at 6am for
30hours of travel back to the usa. Also, ~90% of the tv channels were
frozen. Agitating when you get back from a long day of walking.

As other travellers have said, it is quite a difficult place to find-being in a residential apartment building.
