The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good size and very clean. Great room rate in January. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Our initial room was a bit noisy from traffic but they moved us with no problem.   The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

  This hotel is close to everything worth seeing in Rome, the furthest attraction was the Vatican, which was only half an hours walk, the Colosseum was three minutes away walking, the Trevi Fountain was 10 minutes away if even.
