The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Mancino12 is clean, modern, and it was quiet! Great places to eat right around the corner (open early/ late too) and located close to Piazza Venezia and 10min away from coloseum. Very pleased to s.
all reviews » Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!. Excellent hotel in the center of Rom,around the corner of piazza venezia within walking distance of the major tourist places in the city. The room was modern and very nice designed with a great bathroom including rainshower. The room and bathroom were spacious. It was clean, centrally located, and staff were very friendly. Our room on the fourth floor had windows that opened to a balcony, if you can call it that (i.e. very small), but it was great to be able to open the doors to see how the weather was outside and to get fresh air when needed. To quote my wife, "If we visit Rome again, I want to stay here". Loved the facilities, very clean and modern hotel. Quaint hotel, a little sketchy looking on the outside walking to it, but once inside very charming. If you know your way around Rome, this is a great non-touristy area to stay in. They contacted us in advance with regards to organizing transfers to the Hotel, and during our stay, did everything they could to help us find our way around town, including reservations at some awesome places for dinner (ask for HiRes!). This hotel was very comfortable and the locations was perfect. We were in walking distance to everything. It was recently refurbished and was very modern and clean. The towels and pillow cases were changed every day and the room and bathroom cleaned beautifully. The location is great, in the middle of the town but without any noise from the street which is really a plus. You can go anywhere in Rome from the hotel by foot. They upgraded our room, brought us up prosecco, booked us a posh dinner out (Hi Res) after we described what we wanted. Can't wait to go back. You can go for free to the spa of one of the five starts hotels of the same chain. The spa is amazing!!!! So when you choose this hotel you are choosing the spa as well. Its 10 minutes away by taxi, but still amazingly worth it. The Hotel was very central to The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The beds are not that comfortable, however the beds in Europe aren't that comfortable anywhere you go. Airco too cold Breakfast is better skipped and taken outside. There was not anything that we didnt like about the hotel. Would be better if it had a bar or restaurant but there are lots of places to eat nearby. Room is quite small (careful if you come with a lot of luggage) and breakfast is not included. Wifi only works for 3 days... No ironing facility! However the guy went to neighbouring businesses and online trying to find something local for me, really helpful. The hotel is not a big 4 starts, teh street and the entrance are kind of low profile, but location is great, room clean and great spa!. Nothing!. Confusing light switches (very minor problem). Nothing. Breakfast (coffee and a bun) is overpriced at 8 euros per person. The bar next door is half the price. Price is a little bit high. No bar, charged for water from the room fridge, no free tea/coffee at breakfast time. No problems with it at all. Needs ashtray at entrance before going in. I had to throw but on floor!. Price. nothing. Room is small. Heating in the bathroom would be a good idea!.
