The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.We took a tour and the bus stopped in front of the hotel. The foodwas alright. very central, staff very obliging, nice room. Lovely hotel in good location.Facilities were of a high standard. If you are to visit Folo Romamo, it is very conveniently located.l'upgrading della camera da standard a executive.
all reviews » Comfort and feeling of safety around the hotel. Great location. Very clean, and comfortable. Location was great. Irish pub btm of steps at side of hotel. Great Cafe nxt to hotel. 5 minutes from the Collesium and forum, Trevi fountain was a 20 min walk. I would reccomend the hop on/hop off tour buses. (Below the Collesium) The hotel has a touch of class. The staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. Very friendly, ready to help, client orientated Staff as well, of cause the Hotel location.Convenient to visit different tourist attraction and other restaurant. Location to historical sites and metro. There are not positive aspects to describe. Please choose another hotel!. Significant construction work was happening on eight floor and commenced each morning at 7.45 am so no chance of a lie in.We were staying on seventh floor but the drilling and hammering was very loud and could also be heard on lower floors.This was the only flaw on a memorable stay in the hotel and would go back again if the opportunity arises.If it were less expensive, my scores for price would be better. Havnt seen such a small triple room ever!. The staff were not as helpful as I thougt they would have been. A little too impatient with tourists. Anyone who complains about this hotel ought to stop looking for bargains because if they complained about this one they will never be satisfied.Breakfast, meal options could be a bit more variable.... Items stolen from hotel room by the maid or other staff that had access to our room during the day when we were sightseeing. We kept jewelry and money in the safe but had a bag of souvniers that was stolen out of room.The rooms are so old-fashion and ancient as the "Coleseo" or the "ForoRomano" !! The employees need urgently same kind of training toimprove a customer oriented focus. The hotel location is not so goodas we can imagine. Is close to the "Coleseo" but is localized in avery dark street where all the restaurants are so bad... Please chooseanother hotel!.
