  The staff were very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Isabella, Fabio and the other ladies on the reception were always kind and professional and recommended alternatives when the weather did not allow us to do what we had planned to do. The first impression when we found the Hotel tucked away in an alley way off one of the main and busy shop... what people say » ping streets/strips was how quiet it was and how well we were looked after. We asked for some restaurant recommendations and went to follow them - en - Wonderful bed and breakfast place. The owner Isabella is wonderful and very helpful in giving tips for your stay. This place is newly renivated and clean. Great hospitality from ckeaning, kitchen and front desk staff. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the major La Spezia train station, and also to the docking station to take the boat to Porto Venere and Cinque Terre cities. Shopping is literally on the same street for when you want to take a break from the coastal cities.

  The owner, Maria Laura, was delightful and helpful. She did want to know the time of arrival, because she is not always at the B&B. When we arrived, she welcomed us and showed us our room, which was stylish and had a modern bathroom and large wardrobe for storage. You can leave the hotel so early in the morning for next destination as you need, then the payment is already done and you just leave the key in the box.   We were acommodated in a building outside the city center. Actually, that location was good and bad. Good because it was as 5 min walk to La Spezia train station. Bad because the neighborhood was quite scary at night. The room was big enough for 3 people.
