We loved everything about Urban Chic House. The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

It was the best B&B we ever stayed in. The lady was very friendy, helpfull and she made us feel at home. The room was spacious and very very clean. Very good value for the money. Good soundproffing considering the train passing nearby.

Couldn't find a better host anywhere than Fernando! He went out of his way to make us feel wanted and cared for - and he has excellent English. Accomodation very comfortable with a magnificent view. Breakfast more than sufficient, and presented by Fernando himself with utter devotion. -

B&B is really nice and very clean. Just opposite the market where we were getting fresh fruits every day. Some poeple were complaining about the noise but we didn't think it was that excessive.
Breakfast was also really nice and we especially enjoyed good Italian coffee.
I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly! They knew we will arrive late and met us on the street!! Helped a lot with accommodation, explained everything, gave routes to pizzerias etc.
Rooms were large and clean and had everything needed. Internal yard is great! There is a table to sit in the evening. Very convenient if you have bicycles - you can park them in the yard. If you travel by car, they have separate private garage. Overall was good to stay there.
