  The staff were very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Isabella, Fabio and the other ladies on the reception were always kind and professional and recommended alternatives when the weather did not allow us to do what we had planned to do. The first impression when we found the Hotel tucked away in an alley way off one of the main and busy shop... what people say » ping streets/strips was how quiet it was and how well we were looked after. We asked for some restaurant recommendations and went to follow them - en - Wonderful bed and breakfast place. The owner Isabella is wonderful and very helpful in giving tips for your stay. This place is newly renivated and clean. Great hospitality from ckeaning, kitchen and front desk staff. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the major La Spezia train station, and also to the docking station to take the boat to Porto Venere and Cinque Terre cities. Shopping is literally on the same street for when you want to take a break from the coastal cities.

  This is a small family run hotel, close to the Cinque Terre, good location, kind, helpful staff. - The staff was helpful and the room and bathroom was clean and relatively quiet (we're in Italy, the streets are always a little noisy!)

  The staff were really cheery and helpful. Rafael makes a mean coffee in the morning at breakfast also. He was pretty laid back and happy to help us with directions etc. the breakfast was simple but you definitely had your full, croissants, yogurt, fruit, dry toast stuff with spreads, juice. We were refinery able to fill up and also took some fruit... what people say » for during the day. The place is close to the marina where you catch the ferry to cinque terre. It's an easy walk to and from the train station throu - Very Very friendly and helpful staff. Parked the car in a very safe area. Did enjoy going downtown on a Friday night.
