  Great value, basic, functional hotel. Ideal for pre cruise overnight in Civitavechia which is what we did. Staff (Ana) were extremely friendly, and helpful, the room was clean and a good shower.   The staff were helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain how to get places. They directed us to the train and told us what kind of ticket to buy for our day trips into Rome. From the transfer from the airport, our driver Andreas was really helpful and made us feel welcome, to the size of the room was great, a lot larger than we expected! They assited us with free transerfers, to the port, gavew us an welcoming glass of wine and did not charge for parkling.   We had 9 people in our family group fly into Rome fco and the hotel shuttle met us as planned and took us and all of our luggage to the hotel promptly. We spent the night and the shuttle took us the next morning right to the cruise ship porters to load the luggage on the ship. We ate dinner in the restaurant and everyone ordered something differen - The hotel was close to town but not in the noise of the city. The free shuttle to the port and ships was a perfect start to our Mediterranean cruise.
