the staff is extremely friendly, and they are so helpful the location is perfect, next to the beach, the restaurants, the train station, the port! almost all that you can have can be started right from this hotel we really enjoyed staying at this facility . the receptionist paid his best to help us . big thanks go to Manuel :). Location of the hotel right on Garibaldi was terrific. I walked from the train station and then the next day also walked to the shuttle bus for the cruise ship. Beautiful view of the Med from my room balcony. Good breakfast & staff did a good job. Cute huge bobble on the key ring.

Honestly, there was nothing other than the proximity to the port that I liked about this hotel. How they managed to get a 3 star rating is beyond me. We liked the view of the sea but there was no chairs on the balcony. I didn't intreated this hotel at all. Nothing at all!. could offer free wi-fi to cutomers or at least one hour free... The room led onto a balcony. There was no security on the door leading out to the balcony from the room and if I had been alone I would not have felt very secure. Nothing. Breakfast was just OK and precisely the same both days. Staying for a week breakfast would be boring. Boiled eggs were cooked hard like stones!. Need bellman to assist with luggage. People staying here are usually departing on ship with tons of luggage. Not everyone is equipped to handle so much, especially the elderly. Customer cannot choose between heating and air conditioning. No tea or coffee maker in the room. nothing. Nothing negative. Heat and air conditioner didn't, work. nothing. Internet 1 euro per hour :))))). shower needs some cleaning and upgrading. baseboards were loose. one of the toilets did not flush. room needs a good upgrading and remodeling. Manager told me they are working on that. You had to sit sideways on the toilet because the sink was right in front of it. All they had to do was switch the toilet and bidet. Also bed and pillow were like rocks. Wifi was poor. Had to go into lobby to use. Breakfast was not value for money and hotels exterior appearance was shabby and in need of paint. Hotel was a little old fashioned and probably could use a make-over. It appears it was once a very elegant hotel, but a little shabby now. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. The carpet was old, scruffy and yaky. the room seamed to be older than the hotel itself. Air condition wasnt working, room was not so clean, water on the floor in bathroom, room was infested with some sort of fly/mosquito type with did not let us sleep in peace giving we were worried about them rather than relaxing to get some sleep!. rude receptionist, very inferior breakfast with hardly any pastries, meats or cheeses etc, no coffee/tea making facilities in room, no room service and no service to order a hot drink in the evening. very old and in need of repair and refurbishing, lots of bugs on the floor of the bathroom that crawled out of the pipes during the night for a very alarming sight at 3 am bathroom visit, WOULD NOT recommend. The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. The room was dirty and didn't have toilet paper when we arrived - I had to fetch from reception. The hotel is dirty in general and needs a good clean and paint!. Too many to list, however, to say few: Dirty, ants everywhere, personnel not friendly nor cooperative, very old and run down facility.
