The staff were helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain how to get places. They directed us to the train and told us what kind of ticket to buy for our day trips into Rome. Even though we had to travel an hour or a little more by train to Rome. The friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were great. Our whole stay and experience was great. From the transfer from the airport, our driver Andreas was really helpful and made us feel welcome, to the size of the room was great, a lot larger than we expected! All the staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly and their English was good. It was the start of our honeymoon and our stay kept up our good spirits.
all reviews » We were off on a cruise, we had free shuttle to docks, we also made use of airport shuttle,(at a cost that we felt reasonable) recommended excellent local restaurant for dinner, also had washing machine in room (Suite). Our room was huge. In fact it was an apartment that slept 5 so comfortably. It was a pleasure to arrive in a European city and get such comfort. Breakfast was great also for our needs.shuttle service included to port for cruise. Breakfast service was excellent. Appreciated being upgraded to suite on top floor. Helpful assistance for choosing a place for dinner. The pick up service from the airport, also the shuttle service to the port. Lack of restuarant facilities.They did not provide pick up service at a near by train station eventhough they provided van service for other equidistant locations. Taxi'swere unreasonably expensive. Beds are a little hard to my liking.The mattress in our room was slightly hard. There was also a slight mildew problem in the shower. The room was also missing the mini refrigerator (it had all the drinks on a counter in a closet but the fridge was not there and I'm not sure why) - not as important as we were only there one night. it was a little noisy from the street. The beds in the rooms were very hard. We would have found this difficultif our stay had been longer. Location too far out to walk to restaurants. No restaurant close by. Hair dryer was terrible.Lack of laundry facilities. We had a nice room but the beds are really hard!. It was what it was, a convenient and relatively inexpensive overnight to catch our cruise. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.
