Great value, basic, functional hotel. Ideal for pre cruise overnight in Civitavechia which is what we did. Staff (Ana) were extremely friendly, and helpful, the room was clean and a good shower. Breakfast was nicely presented continental style, meat, cheese, croissants, yogurt, cereals, tea, coffee. Good location for access to the Cruise terminal in the morning (All down Hill(Walking)) and easy access to good selection of restaurants in the evening. Would defiantly stay again for another pre cr.
all reviews » Tidy little boutique hotel, free Wi-Fi and really helpful staff. A good option for a night outside Roma prior to your cruise departure. A lot less stress and nice to be in a friendly small town. Staff were fab and great. Location for cruising was perfect as the port was just down the road where you catch the shuttle to take you through to the ship. Excellent service, from check in, to recommendations, and breakfast. Lovely setting, quiet! Special thanks to Dominico for making the visit so enjoyable. It was one of the best European Hotels we have stayed at. The people there especially Domenico treated us like family. I would stay there again!!!!!!. The beautiful setting in one of the typical narrow streets, the very friendly service with nice breakfast served, the clean and modernized room. Very small bathroom. room was dated shower was small. No elevatior-had to carry cruise luggage up 2 flights. No elevator. The directions from the train station to the Hotel. Perhaps they could included a map that could be printed off with the the booking details. The hotel is close to a local pub, which could be a bit noisy after dark. Moreover, there is no elevator but the hotel staff moves every luggage up and down the floors ( poor guys ! ). No elevator :(. Driving directions to the hotel could be clearer!. Hotel is OK, but the city has nothing to offer besides the ferries to Sardegna. It is a little difficult to find. all the staff were fantastic. Having to walk 2 flights of stairs after a very long trip. No alarm clock, no phone, tiny bath/toilet. Unpleasant view from window. Breakfast is very basic with cold cheap cereals and cheese. No proper breakfast room. This was in the hallway next to reception. The receptionist did everything from A to Z in the preparation and serving breakfast. Very basic. Unable to locate place as it was late at night. Need signage along the path.
