There was no iron supplied in the room (but one was brought when requested) and the plug in the bath was broken and required a plunger to free it

How clean the place was. The staff from the reception to the bar andthru to the house keeping were excellent. Well done.

The leisure facilities are excellent. The breakfast is great, with lots of choice. The rooms spacious and clean. The hotel is a great choice for anyone who doesn't mind not being smack bang city-centre location - the centre is about a 10 minute drive. We found staying just out of trhe centre was beneficiala dn more enjoyable. The hotel also has secure FREE underground parking.

The layout of the hotel can initially seem a little perplexing, but once you get your head around it the layout is quite quirky.

No, but reception staff are fitter and younger than me as their "15minute" walk into town was a wee bit more! Gave up half way and took abus but managed to walked back! Location and noisy road not tootroublesome

Very boutique-style and modern interior. Room was very good. The swimmimg pool was also excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Minor grumble that the buffet breakfast was unattractively presented in big stainless steel boxes heated by water underneath; this meant that the food was tepid and dried out. The staff did however fry fesh eggs on request no problem at all.

We had a great time staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't do enough to help us, the rooms were clean and spacious and the leisure facilities were excellent.
