Some minor maintenance was needed in room, nothing major - just door handles. For a boutique hotel bath towels were too small.Difficult to find. Breakfast was unimaginative. Desk chair in the guest room was far too low for comfortable working at the desk.Felt the air scenter on the corridors just took from the overall effect - now that is a very small grip! Where was the internet access point?. The only thing I did not like is that the room got very hot and stuffy during the night.Not staying another night. Noise from the road outside the hotel in early hours. That breakfast was not included in the price. YES !...Breakfast (i)Asked for brown bread---which has always meant "country brown"....I got brown sliced pan/toasted ! (ii) I only wanted small amount so asked for one of everything but got 2 bacon, 2 pudding etc..(might sound silly but some people just don't like having extra on their plate) (iii)Asked for delivery between 7:30 - 8:00 but it came at 7:20..had to get out of shower to receiv. Noise from the bar heard clearly on the 2nd floor. we had to ask for our room to be serviced. Parking is very expensive. I had to ask for an iron. There wasn't one in the room.Problem with the level access shower. When opening doors the bathroom was flooded. Noise from the main street in the early hours.
