The suite is massive, modern, comfortable and the food is simple but delicious. The value for money is the best i have ever came accross. Very spacious. Exactly what we needed for a family of 5. Resturant verygood for both evening meal, and breakfast.perfect for a family visit. Plentyof space and ideal for a family with young children. Pleasant staff, great room, very comfortable and big. Restaurant good prices.

Kettle was replaced promptly once brought to the staff's attention. I really liked the hotel but I would have liked a few more kitchen items - a tea-pot, a sharp knife, a large bowl. I also enjoy radio more than television but there was no radio in the suite. Location not as near city centre as expected, but still very pleasant. No iron in suite as promised (minor matter). Not very specific whether bedrooms were doubles or twins when booking.The door on our room didn't latch all the way. We reported it to thefront desk and they didn't get it fixed. Housekeeping then left out doorunlatched after cleaning. This is a huge saftely concern. Not having a later check out time. Not really, it just needs a good touch up; a fresh coat of paint on thewalls would do wonders. Menu in Kudos Restraunt lacking choices especially if not keen on Thai/Asian style Cuisine.The only comment I would make is that there should be more ventilation near the elevators as there was a very musty smell just at that section. no everything was lovely. It's a bit far from the city centre. The service for dinner was slow on Friday night. The corridor to the rooms is freezing - Is there any way of ensuring that this is kept warm - It really was a down side. Also, as my husband uses a walking stick - it was a bit far from the reception area.The old tv models look out of place around the new furniture. Our room was located near the lift and there was a noise (possibly of the lift machinery) throughout the night. could have been more than one receptionist. the price when reletive to other guests, i spoke to on woman who was paying a quarter of the price I paid.I was on the top floor and the wind noise was quite noticable. Well there was an argument between a memember of staff and a client and it was taken away from the main area the last thing I wanted to listen to after a long day.The suites are very spacious but the first room we got was stinking of cigarette smoke,this also happened us the last time we stayed there. We requested a different suite and this was better. The rooms weren't very clean though.
