The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a veryconvenient location for visiting the city. It is extremely easy tofind also.

The location of the hotel and the price we paid for the room. The room itself was very nice for a 3 star.

The car park for the hotel can be tricky to find, depending on which way you are approaching the hotel.

Very relaxing and peaceful.

The shower switch was very hard to turn.The washhand basin taps splashed water unto my clothes.

The room was great

Something that happens in many hotels. They ask you to save water byleaving towels on the rails if you do not need them to wash them, butthey wash them anyway

It was a walk away from the main shopping street and they had car parking facilities from the time you booked in until 1pm the following day for a set fee of €7.50

The male receptionist was able to upgrade to a triple room at no extra cost or hassle.

the atmostphere in the hotel was nice and friendly.

the only thing i had a issue with was when i rang to confirm earlier in the week the 3 rooms i booked. firstly i was told i had not reservation, had to call back twice to confim all was ok for sat night, I had booked 3 rooms and it concered me when we had to call back a few time to ensre all was ok.

Checked in at 2.00 p.m. Alarm down the street was ringing, requested a different room, none available, alaram rang all night and could not sleep. Received free car parking ticket worth €7.50, but car park barrier was not working, so parking was free anyway. Offered free breakfast but we were not hungry. Not much staff could do about alarm, but we could have been offered complimentary lunch.

The room was excellent and the lookation was also very good.

They could not authorise my Mastercard although I used it all the time before and after for all kind of purchase including hotels. They blocked the caution on my VISA card and although I finally payed cash (due they said my Marstercard didn't work), and though I asked to unblock the ammount from my VISA, it seems that they didn't so I have to wait 11 days until the blocking expires.
