The hotel room was well presented and clean with plenty of space. The TV had more than just the standard channels, with 2 music channels. We dined at the restaurant on two occassions - the food was gorgeous!! You also get complementary use of the fitness centre and swimming pool!!!

We haven't been inconvenienced with building extensions and didn't mind the distance from centre of town and enjoyed walking in and back also. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

  The food, service and atmosphere was outrstanding. I arrived for the Dublin Marathon and was very impressed with the Ballsbridge Hotel. I was able to relax for a couple of days before the race on Monday 29th October, and everything was so accessible from registration at RDS, a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and the Marathon start, only 10 mins walk.... what people say » I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and enhanced my enjoyment & preapartion for the Marathon. - Excellent location. Easy access by bus to downtown and airport. Excellent restaurants nearby - Indian, Cuban, Japanese, seafood and others. Rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Excellent discount price offered for our 5 night stay. Would definitely stay here again when back in Dublin.

My room was huge, containing a large double and two single beds, this was not an 'upgrade', I had paid for a non refundable room in advance. Staff all friendly and very helpful, in particular the girl who checked me in, didn't get her name, but she's off to Ibiza on holiday shortly! Lovely courtyard out back with waitress service (food and drink) and where smoking is permitted. Highly recommended.
