I thought the staff at this hotel were most friendly and helpful. Theyordered taxi's for us and even booked a restaurant in the city as we didnot wish to eat in the hotel. The room was beautiful, very comfortable,the bed and facilities in the room were top class. The location of thehotel was 10-15 min walk to city centre and the leisure facilites werevery relaxing and not too busy. Would definetely recommend this hotel.Stay here!!.
all reviews » Although we arrived a little early, we were advised there was a room avaliable, so could check in early. The hotel room was well presented and clean with plenty of space. The TV had more than just the standard channels, with 2 music channels. We dined at the restaurant on two occassions - the food was gorgeous!! You also get complementary use of the fitness centre and swimming pool!!!. Rooms excellent, breakfast good, what ever we needed we were helped by your receptionist. liesure area very good. I will be glad to call again at your hotel unfortunitly we had an accident in dublin, a youth attacked us in the middle of trinity college area while we were geting off from aday tour bus. We had to go to hospital and report to police. we lost a day of our holiday. Very friendly staff. Drinks and food were favourable in price to the city centre bars and restuarants. Hotel room was clean and modern. The hotel is about a 10minute walk from the temple bar area, which is perfect if you are on a nice break with your other half.Modern, clean hotel with pool and sports facilities within walking distance of the city centre. And the fact they had some irish rugby fellas staying at the same time as us!!. There was building work being carried out next door, which woke us up at 8am Mon morning. After making a complaint, the hotel manager met us, who advised that the builders were not permitted to start work until 10am. He was very apologetic and kindly offered free breakfast and coffee. No live music for St Patricks Festival (Sun). Was a faar a way to city center, around 2O min, walk. But for me no problem. lot of noise of machinery. our room had a joining door into another room, and it was occasionally noisy when the guests next door had their tv on. On of three mornings we didn't have any hot water. But I suppose that it was due to the "showering rush hour". An hour later it worked again properly.reception area was abit spartan. There wasn't the best selection of food. Didn't like that breakfast was extra and there was alot of noise with building work going on. Long walk to the bus station for Airlink.It would be great if ye could reserve 3 or 4 car park spaces outside the door for taxi drop offs etc so as not to be a henderence on the road. building site opposite. The fact that they had no record of our booking and therefore we din't get the room we booked. They were very busy and it was chaotic. The 20 minute walk into the main city of Dublin - however, once the developments are finished within the vicinity, it will be a new vibrant part of the city to visit.Lack of Guest information in the rooms but I think this was an oversight due to recent refurbishment.

The property does not have its own car park however there is Pay & Display Parking on the street outside the hotel operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
