  I got this from letsbookhotel.com not knowing about the place or location, but the price suits our budget and it includes WiFi in all areas. There is also a shuttle that leaves every hour from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm.   Staff were very helpful and prompt to respond to our problem with the toilet in our room. Cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent and maid service was very good. The selection of food provided at breakfast was very good, ranging from cooked items to fruit, yoghurt, cereals and pastries. We would stay here again when returning to HK. - Our room was cleaned everyday, everything was in order when we get back to the hotel in the evening. Bed is firm but that's okay for us as long the comforter is clean and fresh-smelling. Location is very good and convenient. Mtr is just across the street and bus stops a few feet away. Breakfast, for me, is not bad, in fact food tastes good although they have the same menu everyday.

  It was a special occasion for me and my partner. I had organised a cake and champagne to be sent to the room at a certain time and expected me to be there.   The location is fantastic. It is on Hong Kong Island, but further West than many of the hotels. It is right by this great old-fashioned double- decker tram line that is incredibly cheap and takes you to the mtr in minutes. It's fun just to ride the tram all the way to Central if you aren't in a huge hurry. It is a tourist experience in itself. Breakfast isn't as opulent as in some hotels, but is served on the top - 1 The "Club" facility and the benefits associated with this "upgrade" at this hotel were excellent. Yes, it was slightly more expensive than another hotel that we later stayed in, but it was well worth the difference. 2 The bed was both soft and very comfortable. The general layout of the bathroom and shower area was also very good. 3 Excellent staff who could not "do enough" to ensure that your stay in hotel was nothing short of excellent. 4 I very much recommend this hotel

  We had a room overlooking Kowloon park, which was great in such a crowded city. Proximity to Jordan station and Nathan Road. Check in/out staff very efficient. - I normally do not answer such questionaires but this hotel was so good in all respects that I must give this feedback as they really deserve it.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wifi everywhere, which was a big plus unlike some hotels that charges you for the internet connect
