We went to see the Cathedral and the surrounding area. Very nice and walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and allowed us to keep our luggages in a locked and secured room with tags on it. The room is small but we only stayed there to sleep. We were gone the whole day. Free wifi-great amenity. -

Very well equipped room with comfortable bed, good bathroom and cooking facilities. Nice big room, good chairs, free wi-fi worked well. Complimentary drinks and fruit. Breakfast very good. 2 mile easy walk into Aachen or take No 25 bus. Vaals is 5 minutes away for No 50 bus to Maastricht. Owners very nice and helpful. Would return if in Aachen and highly recommend it.

I have not seen a hotel staff more helpful than Art Hotel Aachen, due to a dysfunctional site they did not get information of our booking but still they tried to accommodate us, and when we requested they even looked for new hotels for us. rooms were spacious and grand. - The wellness area and the food
