Spectacular views over lake from balconies. Room service excellent. Value for money breakfast. Spacious room, very clean, swimming pool ok. While the location is in a residential neighborhood, it is near the sights in Aachen.no internet in the room. I like a hard bed but this was really too much!. No internet connection. Non-central location.expensive minibar, not even a free bottle of water. the wellness facility was in a very poor state, saunas were not functional and not clean at all. Terrible restaurant. Drilling and hammering in the hotel without prior notice to us. Wellness facilities not well maintained or turned off. The "internet cafe" was full of smoking (non-internetting) people. No utensils in the kitchen of the room. (Not even a water cooker.).
