Near to main train station. Quietly located room, bikes could be parked savely, although not rain- free. Wifi costs 3€ per day. Worth value for money. Easy to get to if arriving by train, comfortable room and good breakfast. Staff on reception and in the bar welcoming friendly and efficient.

nice and quiet, even though the windows was facing the street. a bit far from the center. but wasn't a real problem even with 5 y.o. kid. It's a typical Ibis - clean comfortable without being anything exceptional. Good location for visiting Aachen. Easily accessed from the railway station. Clean and comfortable. Very clean and inexpensive. it is everything you expect from an Ibis style hotel, The rooms are basic (so don't expect a hair drier, fancy shampoo or even a large room) but the beds are comfortable. There was a second door so no noise from the corridor. Good location, budget. A little further from the centre than I realised but within a 15 minute walk. Rooms facing the road are noisy. The usual weakness in the Ibis range of hotels - no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the lack of free wi-fi. No free wifi in the room. Aachen traffic, but then we were on bikes!. Why only 2 stars for such a good hotel?. Room temperature tends to be too warm at night, as you can hardly open the window (due to street noise) and there appears to be no other way to cool the room down. No airco, makes it hard to sleep with 30+ C temeratures. Wifi slow although paid for (3€ per day). Bar staff a bit slow. The windows in the front rooms were not tight fitting so there was noise from the street. I booked 4 twin rooms 10 months before checkin... At checkin I'm told they don't have any twin rooms left. So it would seem booking 10months in advance is not enough notice...
