  The hotel is lovely. We were in a "grand chambre" with views of the Pyrennes. It was spacious and quiet, separated from main hotel building across a lovely courtyard. Our building had a leisure room with pool table, so we played some games while drinking great wine before dinner.   The staff were very good. The Hotel accepted dogs without a supplement or a stupid (Campanile this is you) 10kg size limit. This was a basic, clean stop with friendly staff. - Every thing was fine, food was good value, staff were helpful and could speak a bit English which helped.

  The rooms are ok - but not the biggest.. ;-) The location is near the "main street" in Lourdes. "La Grotte" is 800m away - but you can walk through a street full of restaurants, pubs, ice bars, etc. - friendly and well-mannered staff. efficient and hazzle free check in and out.A pleasing stay.

The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day.   The owner Elisabeth is very helpful and friendly. She is the best person to meet the needs of any pilgrim in Lourdes. The room is not big but very comfortable and the best of all, there is a chapel in this B&B. There are lots of information leaflets and pamphlets too.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains.
