This was my second year at the hotel while I was on a pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is peaceful, very clean, very safe, and most of all very friendly. I would not now consider staying at any other hotel in Lourdes. I am looking forward to going back again next August. The owners are really lovely and it feels like going to family. -

The location of this hotel is closer to the centre of the town but the basilica, which I think is quite good because everything is slightly cheaper compare to that side. The hotel locates on a small hill so you'll feel safe if there's flood, on the other hand, it takes some effort to move around.

The owners were very accomidating. They graciously didn't charge us for the first night for which we were unable to stay there because we had train problems. Lovely balcony looking out onto the street. - Checking in was very fast and easy. The staff were courteous and helpful. And especially honest too -- they picked up a medallion on the floor and returned it on top of the table so I can see it!! Thank you very much. And the location is very good.

We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. I found out that Lourdes is the second city in France in number of offered beds, just after Paris. And of all this choice, this is a perfect hotel to be on a visit to Lourdes. Excellant location, only 10mins max (slow walk) to the sanctuary, thus, providing a tinge of quietness. Its near but not too near like just opposite the sanctuary kinda near.
Excellant service from all reception staffs. Very helpful.
Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them.

I like the location within the Pyrenees and within the town.
Beautiful views from the mountains and an old but well preserved church.
The owners were very friendly and informed us with what was around and things we could do that helped us to decide and plan the day very easily.
Nice and varied breakfast too.
