The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

The location was perfect as a base for cycling and walking trips into the nearby mountains. It was also within easy walking distance from Saint-Lary and Veille-Aure villages for shopping and restaurants.
