During Winter season, the reception opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00. Friday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 08:00 until 20:00. Reception is closed every Tuesday. On that day, you can go to the Tourmalet Residence reception located 150 metres away. During Summer season reception is situated at Tourmalet Residence everyday. Opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00 Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 20:00 For stays of 6 nights or less, check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 11:00. For all other stays check in is from 17:00 and check out is until 10:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact the residence in advance.
