  The hotel is lovely. We were in a "grand chambre" with views of the Pyrennes. It was spacious and quiet, separated from main hotel building across a lovely courtyard. Our building had a leisure room with pool table, so we played some games while drinking great wine before dinner.   The staff were very good. The Hotel accepted dogs without a supplement or a stupid (Campanile this is you) 10kg size limit. This was a basic, clean stop with friendly staff. - Every thing was fine, food was good value, staff were helpful and could speak a bit English which helped.

  The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. There was free Wi-Fi internet access available in the hotel lobby.   The owner Elisabeth is very helpful and friendly. She is the best person to meet the needs of any pilgrim in Lourdes. The room is not big but very comfortable and the best of all, there is a chapel in this B&B. There are lots of information leaflets and pamphlets too. We are frequent visitors to Lourdes and can honestly say this was the best place we have stayed in yet.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff are absolutely charming and great humoured and food provided for breakfasts and evening meals is fresh and well presented.
