Staff is very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minutes to center of Monaco: first turn left to the down stairs. Then take a public lift to the center. Don't be scared it's very easy and safe. Bedrooms a bit small but beautifully decorated if you like oldfashioned furnishings. The concierge very knowledge and keen to advise. Very good spa but not many guest there during our stay.
