Staff is very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minutes to center of Monaco: first turn left to the down stairs. Then take a public lift to the center. Don't be scared it's very easy and safe. Also if you go on the right and turn near the Olimpic hotel you will find a good mini market where you can buy all food (just 3-4 minutes walking). Internet was working very good.

Bedrooms a bit small but beautifully decorated if you like oldfashioned furnishings. The concierge very knowledge and keen to advise. Very good spa but not many guest there during our stay.
