  Very nice place, pretty quaint, comfortable bed, great sized shower, friendly staff, very clean, huge balcony with nice chairs and a table, flat screen TVs, nice little kitchen that has everything you would need. Great (FREE) parking, storage for skis/snowboards, good location right on a chairlift. This would be a great place to stay in the winter... what people say » for skiing/boarding, you can walk out the back of the hotel and be right on the mountain. There's a free shuttle that goes from the hotel to the Uppe - We had two rooms, both were excellent. The rooms were a good size with a good seating area and well equipped kitchen area, as well as the expected bed and bathroom. The small balcony was a nice addition. The room was clean and comfortable. Although well out of the village centre the free shuttle bus made the location inconsequential. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for a week or more. The breakfast was a bit of a free for all but was more than adequate, and included

  We stayed just one night on a short visit to Whistler and were given a free upgrade on arrival. We had a large, comfortable room with a full kitchen, seating and dining areas, a fireplace, a double whirlpool bath and a views of the mountains. Although we arrived several hours before the advertised check-in time, we were given a room straight awa... what people say » y. The hotel was quiet and we had a great night's sleep. We liked being able to prepare our own breakfast in the room at our leisure the next mornin - I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.

  Loved the Pool and hot tubs. The kitchen was beautifully stocked for all cooking needs. Especially loved the barbeque on the patio. This made it possible for inexpensive homecooked meals for the family. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels. It was by far the best accommodation we had in Canada because of view of the mountain and lake, peaceful environment, having two luxurious rooms and beds and a particularly beautiful and helpful person on the front desk. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and would love to return and spend a number of weeks there.

  We were upgraded to the multi-use camping sites after noticing that the walk in sites were covered in snow (as we went camping at the end of March). We appreciated the offer, especially after driving in from Vancouver with all of our camping gear. The site was clean and spacious! We've already booked a Yurt later in the summer and are excited t - The Riverside resort was a great last minute experience that I'm happy to have had. It was a phenomenal price for all the space we were given in the cottages and the staff was very upbeat and helpful. Cab rides to the village were only about $10, and the Junction cafe that's on the lot had wonderful food and lattes. I would definitely go here again!
