    Location: very convenient to several attractions, restaurants, churches, shopping, and kitchen supplies. With the excellent shuttle service to take you to and from the hotel, and the many activities included in the hotel, and the included day outing to Duncan, we were able to do and see much more than if we had had to take transit or taxis. I have never witnessed a hot - My husband and I got an upgrade to our room --- which was a kitchen -- we were staying for a few days so it worked out great and we appreciated the upgrade. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant which we used a few times during our stay. Easy to get around --- liked the layout of the facility --- lots of character and everything easy to use --- also appreciated all the items in the gift shop --- staff was great -- very friendly.     The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy! They also helped us store our bikes a - We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The check in staff member let us unload our vehicle out the front of the hotel and park there until we were settled and happy with our room. Parking was a bloc away from

    We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water kettle in the kitchenette, just perfect for traveling with children. Lovely view out to The Empress Hotel, downtown and some water views. Staff was gracious and helpful. The pool area was also nice. Wish we had had more time to swim, but water is deep (5-9 ft).     I really liked the included breakfast service. The food was good and I really liked the use of real dishes. It was impressive how many staff were on hand to manage the crowds too. It gave me the impression that the owners of the Westerly are good corporate citizens and care about providing employment for their community.     Location and view was lovely. Very relaxing atmosphere and grounds have a few very easy walks to just unwind. Wish I could return one day. - food was good, quiet at night, cruise ships go by close. Lots of marine traffic to watch, weather has been good every time we've visited.

    Loved the view from 802 and 804. We were planning on staying one night only.....but couldn't resist another night. Front Desk staff are amazing. When my parents were alive we stayed with them in Qualicum Beach...beautiful view on the bluff and 2 min walk to the beach. So I never had any reason to book other accommodation. We had a one bedroom condo so there was a queen bed in the room with a pull out couch in the loving room. It also included a full kitchen that had everything you needed. Also there was a late adult swim that went from 9:30- 10:30 which was nice to have so late at night.

    This is a private members-only club that rents out rooms at their beautifully preserved historic building located perfectly at the centre of all the sights. Breakfast from the menu was delicious, and the complimentary coffee (and teabags too) always available in the foyer was excellent. Fitness center was very clean and updated.     The location and the Spa. The maintenance staff were very willing to send a cart down to the beach to retrieve my 91 year old Dad. Many thanks!!! - We went with a group of friends all with kids. It is a great place and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and go back again.
