  Clean,spacious,easy access,fridge,staff very helpful ,especially front desk person Dominque. she was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. We were there for canada games so wouldn`t have gone to sherbrooke if not for them ,but over all better then we expected . - Clean, comfortable, quiet and afforable. Loved that the curtains darke... what people say » ned the room so we could sleep well. We will use your hotel again when we travel to Sherbrooke.

  From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin people.   Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. A lady was coming out of the admin office, smiled and pressed the elevator button for us while on h... what people say » er way before we got to the elevator door. Obviously, these employees make it their bussiness to go beyond their job description. The location is A+. - Room was very comfortable with nice features (Nespresso coffee in room, hand-held shower). Hotel was historic and very grand. Location is scenic and near gourmet restaurants.

  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time .   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  Staff was really friendly and accommodated our special request that other chain hotels sometimes don't. They gave us a room with lake view upon asking.
