  The staff were very helpful with any number of things; aiding with parking a vehicle, expediting check-in/check-out procedures, and recommending great restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby and common areas were very tastefully decorated and the rooms were comfortable, although a bit small and some areas seemed a bit dingy. Overa... what people say » ll, though, it was a great value and the rooms were certainly sufficient for a visit which allowed us to enjoy the best parts of Vieux Quebec. The loc - We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).

  I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.   I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature. Interestingly, maybe you folks up in Quebec can handle cold better than heat, I just left it at that. - The staff was very friendly, and the English speaking staff were eager to help the French speaking staff while communicating with us.

  We (a group of families) have been staying at this hotel for a number of years now during an annual trip to St-Sauveur...the accommodations as well as the pool are very appealing to the children!   The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. The pool area was very enjoyable specially when the birds were singing. I also liked seeing a guard walking by at night. I really loved the stay and my friends and I talked about going b... what people say » ack. I also recommended to other people. - I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch with :( Fabulous Place !!   The room was perfect, no carpets. Walls bright and the high ceilings made the room seem huge. Tv could have been larger. Loved that the windows opened up to fresh air. Nobody disturbed us with nonsense. We would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was pleasant, would have enjoyed more selection of fresh fruit and yogurt or cheese from across the road... what people say » ! - Checked in very late, yet someone was there to welcome us and was very accommodating. Got up a little late for breakfast, but still received excellent service, above and beyond anything experienced anywhere else in the past.

  very convenient for visiting the old city, it was a 15 min bus ride away and it dropped you right at the old walls. Also lots of other ammenities close by ie. grocery store. - the junior suite was great, easy of access of the hotel located outside the old city, very quiet

  The location of the hotel was superb. Right in the heart of the LatinQuarter. The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms decorated nicelyand extremely quiet to our delight. The breakfast, which is included ,was fantastic! I would recommend this hotel and I would definetly stayhere again. - The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful.
