The room was perfect, no carpets. Walls bright and the high ceilings made the room seem huge. Tv could have been larger. Loved that the windows opened up to fresh air. Nobody disturbed us with nonsense. We would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was pleasant, would have enjoyed more selection of fresh fruit and yogurt or cheese from across the road!. Checked in very late, yet someone was there to welcome us and was very accommodating. Got up a little late for breakfast, but still received excellent service, above and beyond anything experienced anywhere else in the past.

Location ...ease of booking, cleaniness of the room, comfortable bed,quiet room and a good breakfast. The food was top quality and well prepared. The washroom was clean and recently updated. Our room was on main level as requested. Enjoyed the pool and the bfast :). Very large room, newly renovated, good breakfast, clean facility. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. the room and bed was very good. Friendly staff, affordable. The warmth of the auberge. Big, comfortable room. Location to Park Omega. good location. It was in the town we wanted to visit. location. My wife had her leg in a cast, so they had to put us in a different room as the establishment doesn't have an elevator. Still received excellent service despite the situation. The grounds were not well kept and the rooms a little dated. No elevator. Receptionist was alone to answer to many guests requests. Rooftop was under construction, unsafe/risky access and jaccuzi was tepid :( Male staff at bfast did not speak French; in a qc establishment!!. You had to unplug the fridge to use the coffee maker. Going up 3 flights of stairs (for breakfast) with a handicapped husband. not much service after 11:00 PM. Old school transformed into a hotel. Lacked the kind of charm you expect from a B&B. Rooms a bit dated. Grounds less than pristine. Swimming pool left to go green and nasty looking after season closed ( end of Sept. ) Not too many TV channels. room could have been an a better location for a "superior" room.we were in the basement. Breakfast was included,however was not appealing and lack selections.orange juices had a funny taste.?. Hotel is a ghost of what it likely was several years ago. Very few people were staying there. Was given a "superior room" room that overlooked a greenish water outdoor pool and a campground next to the river. All the rooms - picked the best of the two we were shown - need extensive renovation. Breakfast was not edible. The place gave us a creepy feeling. décor, mediocre continental breakfast.
