  Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. Obviously, these employees make it their bussiness to go beyond their job description. The location is A+. - Room was very comfortable with nice features (Nespresso coffee in room, hand-held shower).   We were having a family reunion of 41 and we were well taking care of.The personnel organized a room just for us for our gathering wich was well aprechiated . We might be back next year - We loved the look of the rustic side of the hotel, with the log cabin look the fireplace and the warm and cozy feeling.

  Our room was very clean there was a fridge, microwave, coffee pot it was well worth the money. I was a little disappointed that Fairview mall was closed and most of the stores were closed. I did not know it was a holiday. Would certainly recommend to my friends. Also the staff was friendly and very accommodating and eager to assist in any way. - ... what people say » We really got a very pleasant surprise when we walked into the lobby.
