    I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful, and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had 2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only cad$13.00!     I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities.     My wife and I have stayed there at least 6 times and I think it's the best place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake! Very friendly staff...very accommodating.     I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

Was in town with teenage daughter to attend the Warped Tour early the ne - The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

    Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. This time I returned with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to one of the new rooms with a direct view of the CN tower and Ripleys Aquarium which was beautiful. We received great guidance from a man at the concierge desk for good restaurants nearby and ended up really enjoying our experi - The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club. I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

    The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. Porters out front let us know about the self-park garage which was $21 for overnight and we were very close to the hotel entrance. The room and bed was so nice, we enjoyed spending time there.

    This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect.     I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call.     I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! - Was there for my brothers wedding. Service was excellent, beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, good food.
