Conny and Arend, the owners/operators are absolutely the nicest people! They made us feel welcome and were very attentive to all their guests without being intrusive in any way.
The grounds are beautiful and relaxing.
The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.
Breakfasts were delicious, generous portions, and enjoyed while watching the birds and squirrel just beyond the deck.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace.
We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!
ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice.

You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so friendly, even though it's a large chain hotel it felt more like a small boutique hotel. It as five star all the way. -

My wife and I (newlyweds!) stayed here one night as an escape from our busy lives as students. Hoda was a very gracious host. She made our stay comfortable and memorable.
