I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. -

My wife and I have stayed there at least 6 times and I think it's the best place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake!
Very friendly staff...very accommodating.
Love the quaint feeling of a boutique hotel. Great breakfast...very cool wine & cheese time in the late afternoon

The Ritz Toronto staff was like no other Ritz experience I have had. Their concierge club room offered top notch cuisine and service along with a breathtaking view of the CN tower. -

I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold
Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members
were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The
location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill
is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and
you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The

This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect. My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace.
We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!
ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice.

The location was real nice and close to town; just a short walk. Rooms were decorated simple, but with elegance. The area available to us as guests was spotless and we would definitely stay again. Everyone mentions the breakfast...we agree, delicious! -

I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. -

The hotel is located just a few steps from the u of Toronto main campus
and Royal Ontario Museum. It's a 10-minute walk to the East to Yonge
St and a 20-minute walk South to China town for a great selection of
Chinese restaurants. It is a 2-minute walk to the St George station
which allows you to take the subway to go East, West, North and South.

Quaint, comfortable inn with modern conveniences. Excellent (and ample) continental breakfast. Close to centre of Niagara-on-the-Lake without being in the centre - easy to get everywhere on foot, but far enough away to avoid the tourist hordes. -

I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! -
