  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. The staff are wonderful, and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had 2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only cad$13.00!   The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. Thank You Chimo - Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!
