I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.

we were staying for a few days so it worked out great and we appreciated
the upgrade. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant which we
used a few times during our stay. Easy to get around --- liked the
layout of the facility --- lots of character and everything easy to use

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!! - The location was central to the downtown area and made walking to our destinations easy. Shopping was just steps away.
