  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Also appreciated the pool and especially the hot tub - wonderful after a day on the road. The staff in the restaurant were very good and we enjoyed the complimentary bre... what people say » akfast. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent. In the next visit to whistler, I surely chose this hotel for accommoda... what people say » tion. - The hotel was in a great location in the Village. I suggest you try to get a mountain view room. Worth the extra money.

  Located in the city centre. Lovely place, very clean Parking just behind the hotel but with charge. No food service in the lodge but there are many places to go and eat without driving. For the money I doubt you'd find anything better :) - Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Would have loved to stay longer!! - The price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. They had a free breakfast included with your stay which included scrambled eggs, back bacon, cold and hot cereals, toast & English muffins and more. We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean. We would definatly recommend this place.

  We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful.   The staff were all nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was always clean and quiet. I didn't even mind that their wasn't any room service. I liked that their were 4 bus stops right outside and a variety of restaurants and stores. I had read some reviews before going and people made comments like "...outdated tv's..." but when I got to my room ... what people say » I noticed the large flat screens! This made me realize that all the comments were acknowledged. I really liked that the most. - Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant. Housekeeping staff did a good job and were friendly when we encountered them in the corridors.Several eating places nearby (Pho Don Vietnamese restaurant was the one we used) and a pleasant Starbucks.

  Extremely courteous and polite staff, the people at the front desk and the doorman/valet was especially helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, well appointed with high end yet rustic-feeling decorations that puts you in the perfect "ski lodge" mood. The fireplace IS a real fire-burning place, but they give you a duralog to burn i... what people say » nstead of real wood. However, after a beautiful dinner and a few drinks, we retired to our room and I lit the fire, and it provided many hours of mood - The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

  The staff at the desk were friendly. Our room was located above the entrance where the opening and closing of the sliding doors as well as the stamping of feet could be heard through the floor. This made it difficult to sit quietly to read or converse. This was lessened when the windows were closed but then did not allow the fresh air from circula... what people say » ting in the room if needed. The staff did try to help by having the maintenance staff clean the runners as well as leave the inside set of doors open. - Location to ski lifts. Allowed us to extend our time in the underground parking the last day so we could ski. Nice ski lockers. Restaurant on site was very friendly.

  Right away the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had bikes with us and were nervous to leave them. But after they explained how the secure lock up for the bikes works and how many guests use the service, we had no problem with the "valet" service. The room was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and a bed that makes me want to replace ... what people say » the one at home. After a big day of biking it was quite nice to jump in the hot tub to unwind. The next morning the bikes were brought up to us, we d - We loved staying at Aava! The best value-for-money that we got during all of our trips in the US and Canada. The hotel is very close to the village stroll, the shopping area, the grocery store, restaurants and the main lifts are in 5-10 min walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the room was bigger than we expected.
