Everything!! Excellent service. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast included with a wide variety of items, more than I've seen at other hotels, and was yummy and fresh. Very easy to find as it is right off the highway. Loved having the two pools and two hot tubs in separate buildings, kids were in one so we stayed in the other. We got a free complimentary upgrade to a Jacuzzi suite, not sure why, but I wasn't objecting. Would have loved to stay longer!!.
all reviews » The price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. They had a free breakfast included with your stay which included scrambled eggs, back bacon, cold and hot cereals, toast & English muffins and more. We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean. We would definatly recommend this place. The breakfast was really good if you got there early enough. We also liked the pool! It was nice, clean and not too cold and the hot tub was really hot. Overall good stay. Oh and the ABC restaurant next door was pretty awesome. Everyone was super friendly. They upgraded my room for free and even gave me a later check out time due to my flight times. The hot breakfast they offer was beyond a continental for the included price! Nothing negative to say!. The prompt and friendly service. Quiet and clean room with hugh double queen-size beds. We enjoyed the fine dining at ABC Restaurant conveniently located at the Hotel premise. We will stay here again. Extremely good staff, great breakfast, quiet and close to family. We had our whole family stay there 3 yrs ago for my daughters wedding and returned this time to a great repeat experience !. I like everything about this place.. We asked for a room that was quiet and not facing highway and they gave us one. We were very happy that they had a room to suit us because that night the hotel was fully booked. We were travelling through Abbotsford and stopped for the night. This hotel is located off the freeway and has a restaurant nearby. Very convenient. Easy to see from highway and right of an exit. So handy. Room was lovely and large. Handy to have a resturant attached. Room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, loved that they had breakfast available in the lobby and a hot tub to use. Most staff members were wonderful. Continental breakfast was very satisfying and we had reasonable pricing on our room. The location was convenient for us. We like that the room had a fridge, in-room coffee and was comfortably furnished. The pool and hot tub and fitness room were wonderful and close to our room,with children it was very convenient. The room was immaculate. Probably one of the most cleaniest I have stayed in! Bed was sooooo comfortable. They upgraded our room to a huge suite! The continental breakfast included eggs, pancakes, bacon ect. I loved the complimentary breakfast nice staff and also modernized room very beautiful. Enjoyed rthe hot breakfast with the meal. (We live in Abbotsford). I was a little annoyed that the hotel gave no explanation for the fire alarm, as there was no fire. The breakfast, it's ok but should have more food choices. Didn't have time to relax in the pool. We were here over a long weekend (Agrifair, BC Day) The hotel was very full. Unable to get a seat for breakfast. I found the bed a bit hard but my husband didn't. Front desk could use better maps to show directions.I got lost 2 times I asked. not very insulated rooms so you could hear noise from other rooms and lobby; when I called to check about upgrading our reservation - my reservation was incorrect. I had booked a 2 queen bed room and had a receipt to prove; but they had my reservation as a 1 king - said they must have run out of the other - when you want 2 beds; 1 king isn't the same thing. Not sure whose mistake that was the hotel or letsbookhotel.com. My friend and I were made to wait outside the lobby and were unable to load our luggage because a staff member had parked her vehicle in the covered area in a downpour.While she assured us she would be only a minute turned into a half hour. We had a long trip ahead and she did not show up. A male staff member came out and moved the vehicle. It is an old hotel and even with some refurbishing, it is showing it's age. I had to fix the toilet No problem attachment just came loose. I was assured it would be looked at. Nothing comes to mind - everything was terrific!. I did not realize that we do not get BW points when we book thru the internet and not directly with BW. Our room was a little warm even with the AC on. Wish there was a elevator. Could forsee parking chaos if conference on at the same time. Having the staff knock twice before 10am to ask if housekeeping could come in. Check out is at 11am. Was very unhappy regarding this. To close to the highway and quite noisey. nothing. the fire alarm waking me up early in the morning!!. no smoking rooms. Hot Tub was closed at 10pm. Price a little high for hotel/location. the coffee was weak... Breakfast eggs were quite salty. the breakfast bar was closed LONG before I get up--Im on holidays why would I get up so early. It cost an extra $100 to eat at the ABC. It was close to the highway so it was kinda noisy all night. Pool very dirty Had not been cleaned for a while Scum around edges Breakfast was served on paper plates & plastic cutlery Like a child's tea party. Parking No elevator. The pool was a bit on the cool side, not too cold for the kids, but for many adults. The bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest. There was a corner of the sheets turned up and when turned down a kleenex fell out. Noisy; across from pool and also from room above. not sure why they even not allow us put our dog in our own car?.
