    I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

    James (the manager) was amazing and very helpful! He was very knowledgable about where to get a quick lunch and where to hike. The food at their restaurant was top notch and very delicious! The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful. Loved the location along the river and away from the hustle and bustle.

    I loved that there was no tv. I loved the real fireplace and free wood that was provided. I loved the location as the view was majestic and we were far enough away from town to hear the silence of the night. The board games that were provided at the front desk. - The accommodation was lovely.     This was a great 2-night stay. With a short walking distance to Lake Luise and less hustle/bustle and cost compared to Fairmont Chateau it was a wonderful booking. Dinner, breakfast and staffing were tops. Food was well prepared from quality local ingredients. The common areas (dining, great room, breakfast "nook", day room) were all in wooden lodge style. These areas were always quiet and comfortable ( - The King Room was largish, comfortable with mountain view. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent choices of quality food in restaurant. A spacious main lounge with log fire, a piano room and card room were furnished with carefully chosen items to suite this pleasantly dated accommodation. All of this within a short stroll to Lake Louise. Our three nights was not enough in this wonderful landscape

    Loved that it is an Inn and not a hotel/motel!! Willingness of staff to take the time and effort to share their experience in terms of choosing a hike that would be suitable. Homey atmosphere. 24/7 tea!! Yummy breakfast with lots of options! Fresh! And didn't cheap out on fruit! Healthy and delicious!! - I like the location.     Right from the minute we walked into the Georgetown Inn, we felt completely at ease and in awe of the homey décor. Stephanie at the front desk was welcoming and informative about all the questions we put to her. Our room was lovely and absolutely spotless. Had a delicious meal at the pub in the hotel. I have told our family and friends, what a wonderful place it is to stay at. - Stephanie welcomed us at the desk and provided the info we needed to make our stay comfortable.     The Stetson Inn is very good value for money and the staff are very friendly. The Stetson pub was a big hit with us. The bar staff were fun, the beer well kept and the food good at the price.     This was my fourth visit to the lodge and the main appeal is the quiet setting, the comfortable friendly atmosphere overall and the extraordinary, friendly and efficient attention given by the staff in the dining room and at the front desk. As an older woman who oftn travels alone I feel secure and welcome here ! - Like a log cabin with updated amenities such as crown molding and a fireplace. Beautiful mountain views. Friendly and helpful staff and great food. We visited on a Thursday and although we weren't alone, it felt like we had hotel to ourselves! Owner said hello during dinner, very nice man with alot of ideas for the future of the hotel.

    because our pre booked was not ready they gave us an upgrade, not only had the room been updated but we had a kitchen with oven so were able to cook for our selves. The bed was fantastic,the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Staff very friendly and there was a pool and Hot Tub - Excellent value. About 10 min walk into town or 1 min by car.... what people say » Friendly greetings and attentive staff. Easy parking. Quiet location. Rooms fair size perfect for weekend or overnight. Our room was cleaned to a high level. Absolutely no complaints.

    Of course, I loved the view, but most importantly, the free canoe ride that you could take at your leisure. The two hour hiking tour was fabulous because of the knowledgeable guide. There are only 9 guest rooms in the main lodge, so book early. The cabins are nice, but we enjoyed the lodge and deck! Also, the free breakfast was delicious and co... what people say » zy. It is one of the most memorable views that I'll remember for a lifetime during our visit to Canada! - Loved the opportunity to stay at your lodge, no tv, no internet, no phone and two glasses of wine next to a beautiful fireplace. So relaxing, we went to the lake Louise hotel and were amazed at how commercialized it was. So happy we stayed at moraine lake instead. It was a bit on the expensive side. We would be more eager to come back sooner if there were some incentives. At this point we are not.planning another trip due to.the cost.

    The owner and his staff were excellent and we felt very welcome there and a part of. The place was spotless and everything was in great order we would recommend a stay there to everyone and will return hopefully next year with my husbands mom and step dad.     Lying on the bed looking out onto the mountains. Being right in the heart of beautiful Canmore with great access to all the amenities, yet having the feeling you were out of town. We could walk out of the hotel and immediately along the river and through the woods. We stayed overnight for our 36th Anniversary and it is a precious memory. It may not be sumptuous gold taps and silk sheets, if that's what you crave, but the right level of comfort in the r - I Liked that it was a quieter week end and we were able to get an upgrade. The room we originally booked was close to the pub, and being non drinkers as well as wanting quiet, that may not have worked out very well. But we did have a lovely room on the creek side and enjoyed it very much. Also enjoyed that it was walking distance to everything we needed.

It was wonderful to have fresh vegetables, "real ham", and home made deserts. - The restaurant staff are wonderful and very helpful! - Appreciated seeing Del (the owner) every day and that he was approachable with questions and had great knowledge of sight seeing opportunities. -... what people say » My partner shared a couple minor cosmetic things noticed within the cabin with the store cashier while checking out and she was very receptive & - The size of the rooms and the fact that they provided plates, cups and utensils. They had a bbq to use as well as a fire pit with wood provided. Liked the personal patio with table and chairs.
